I have never really known anything different than soul music,
since an early age I have been surrounded by the sounds of Motown, James Brown and Otis Redding, even Northern Soul.
It all started for John at school, building a disco unit in physics and doing discos in the lunch break!
Started as a warm up dj in nero's 2000 in the late 70's ....that was fun as I was only fourteen... ha ha ha
